Returns

Within 14 days from purchasing on our site, you have a legal right to return any product without providing a reason for the return. It is your duty to ensure that the packages arrive safely to us. In the event that you wish to return an item within the 14 days of receiving it, we would recommend returning the item/s using a tracked delivery service. If you wish to use tracked delivery service or a faster delivery service (e.g. next day delivery), we will not be liable for the costs incurred. Please see our terms and conditions for more information.

The 14 day cancellation period will end 14 days after the purchased products are in your possession or the possession of someone designated by you. If multiple items have been purchased and are scheduled to be delivered on different days, the 14 days will begin when the last item purchased is in the possession of yourself or someone designated by you.

For you to be able to exercise your rights to cancel, click here to send us an email informing us of your choice to cancel. Items must be unworn, unwashed, fitted with its original tags and returned in its original packaging. Items must be returned in the exact condition they had arrived in.

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We offer Standard and Next-Day delivery to all UK mainland customers. We aim to dispatch all goods within 1-2 working days. Next-Day deliveries will be tracked and signed for. We also offer international shipping where items will be tracked and a signature will be required. All items will be delivered via Royal Mail. I have ordered multiple items and have only received part of my order?

Some items may have been dispatched separately within our 1-2 working days dispatch period due to the quantity of items purchased, therefore, please wait a few working days for your complete order to be delivered. In the event you still have not received your full order, please contact us immediately at customercare@regnevienne.com with your Order ID and Shipping Address included in the email.

I have made a purchase and would like to add / remove an item.

We start processing orders immediately once they are made, therefore we are rarely able to make changes. We would suggest adding a new item by making a new order or alternatively, to cancel an item, please get in touch with our customer care team by contacting customercare@regnevienne.com as soon as possible.

Do you offer an Express International shipping service?

Unfortunately, not at the moment. The current international shipping method that we offer will allow your purchase/s to arrive within 5-10 working days from when the order has been dispatched. The shipping method will include a tracking ID and will require a signature on the day of delivery.
